The past two weeks have been peaches galore for us!
We have 3 peach trees in different stages of ripeness due to varied sunlight, so we have had a constant supply of juicy goodness.
Two weeks ago, my mom and sisters came and picked two bushels to take home for canning. Last week my mother-in-law picked a bushel to take home plus we picked a bushel and cooked it down into peach sauce. This past weekend, my sister picked two bushels that we used in making banana-pumpkin-peach breads and muffins and Peter used the rest to make preserves. All that being said, we lost two bushels to a strong storm Saturday evening. We easily have two plus bushels left on the trees.

So juicy! They are like eating warm sunshine right off the trees.

Such a healthy snack!

God is so good to have provided such bounty to us! It's amazing to think of such a harvest completely grown by Gods hand that we are enjoying and we've only owned the property for 3 months!
