We can hardly believe that will be moving to our new home in 27 days! It's a little early to completely pack up or even start packing, so we are just planning for now. I've made up a list of priorities so that we will move things over the course of 2 days without making it hard on the girls routines.
1) pack suitcases and toiletries, beds and bedding, bathroom supplies, chairs and table, food and cooking supplies, toys and tv first. This way, the girls and I can be in the house first few days and they can nap and eat on schedule.
2) pack up bedroom furniture, kitchen things, living room furniture.
3) whatever is left...storage bins, more toys, etc...
I won't be needing the nursery for 4 more months (wow), so I can keep stuff in there to unpack a bit at a time. The rest can go into the downstairs rooms until we set them up, no rush.
The past two weeks we all have been battling colds and allergies, so I'm happy to be up and about the house a bit more today. Peter and Sunny are dropping off my sister, Celia, who stayed the week with us while Peter was in St. Louis. While they are out, Ive covered every surface in disinfectant and opened up all the windows! It feels great! I can't get Dainty to try some chicken soup for her cough, but at least she is a happy little gal.
I'm letting Dainty play with all the toys Sunny doesn't let her sister have when she is here ;) I'm cool like that.
I'm totally loving this whole spring thing going on, especially the flowers!
I had my 18 week ultrasound and baby was quite the monkey! Didn't want it's picture taken, that's for sure.
Baby is quite a cutie though! I have been feeling stronger kicks this week. I honestly don't feel like I am 5 months pregnant...
I don't think I look 5 months pregnant either! I guess it's because I'm feeling pretty darn good!
Well, I'm going to go grab a tums, because womb child didn't like the chicken soup either.
