It's the little things

God really is amazing. I'm constantly trying to thank Him for all the little things that I take for granted. I figure that if I can keep my eyes open and praise God for the simple beauties when I see them, I can truly enjoy life and learn to know, love, and serve  God better.
Here are a few little things I have enjoyed and thanked God for in the past week:
Angry Orchard Cider- it's delicious! How can I say that God doesn't want me to enjoy life when such delicious beverages were invented using His own creations?
Babies- How can I say that I'm unhappy when God made a baby's sweet face and soft, pudgy body to bring a smile to my face and fill my arms with warmth and motherly affection?
My husband-  how can I say that I'm lonesome when God gave me a husband to talk to for hours at night, enjoy dates with, accept his kind acts of love, and choose to love in return as my lifelong companion?
Sunny- sometimes her 3 year old rebellion can make me feel like she doesn't love me or that I'm a horrible mother, but this morning I was reminded of the truth:
Peter: "Sunny, who would you like to stay with while Mommy and Daddy are away?"
Sunny: "I want to stay home with Mommy, because she loves me so much!"
My new Samsung Tablet!
I'm writing from it right now and I'm so grateful for Peter picking it up for me! It's huge compared to my old one, but I'll get used to it; I wouldn't be able to do any emailing or blogging otherwise!
