Preschool beginnings (and what we've been up to)

We have been busy as bees around here!

Projects:
I promised hubby that I wouldn't bother him
about more than ONE Pinterest project at a time.
So here is the one we are working on now...

I saw a lovely Pin with a photo wall display
and decided that would be a great project!
Peter was a HUGE help in this!
We now have all our frames mounted,
we just need to collect family pictures
to print for the frames.
I don't like bare walls!

4th Anniversary!!! ...and chocolate...

On our actual anniversary date I made
us a candlelit dinner.
The next day we had a babysitter and
Peter took me to The Melting Pot *yum!*
We LOVED the fondue theme.

...so the next week Peter surprised me with
a chocolate fondue for my baptismal day dessert!
There were lots of leftovers,
so naturally we made the girls a
chocolate fondue breakfast!
*parents of the year?*
I say YES.

Our children will never think about breakfast the same
way again...
I mean, LOOK at that adorable chocolate smeared face!
She is elated in the picture because I was
teaching her the ASL sign for "chocolate."

This was so successful
that we decided to bring the chocolate fountain
to my parent's house the next day...

Yes, my family is crazy...for chocolate!
This must be where I get it from!

Preschool

I'm totally loving it!
Only one hour a day
(which is all a 3-y-o can take anyways)
and lots of crafts and fun.
I LOVE my Preschool board!!!
Don't you wish you were my student?!

Baking

I didn't have much time on hand yesterday,
so I went with the basics and made up some
cozy baked apples.
I'm saving the rest of the apples for
a pie and homemade apple butter.
Hubby is totally excited about both and
gave me a hearty blessing to get whatever supplies
I need to make the apple butter.
This will be practice for my beloved pumpkin butter
in a few weeks (once I've purchased a plot of pumpkins).
