The Cookie Jar- a child's incentive

I got this idea from a fellow 1st grade teacher and few years back and decided to use it for Sunny as a good behavior incentive.  

So basically, I put a "cookie"  in the jar for every good deed we see her do (gets herself dressed,  shares a toy,  helps Mama with dinner...).  Once the jar is full she gets a special privilege (hosting a cookie party,  trip to the library,  ride on the train...).  

I made our cookie jar and cookies out of cardboard and taped /glued magnets or Velcro to the back sides and the cookie jar.
