Honey Whole-Wheat Fasting Bread Rolls (using bread machine)

Here is a great recipe that I based off a plain
whole-wheat bread recipe. They are really satisfying
and contain lots of nutrients.

Honey Whole-Wheat Fasting Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1/2 cup grains
1/3 cup craisins
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Add ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions to your bread machine.
Use the dough cycle. Once the dough has been processed in the dough cycle, preheat your
oven to 350*, cut  the dough into eight equal portions, and roll into balls.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and brush tops with the beaten egg.
Bake for 25 minutes or until tops are golden and rolls are firm.

Scraping down the sides as it mixes to make sure the no grains
are left out.

Red Mill is our favorite.

Yum!

*These rolls freeze and thaw well. Allow rolls to cool before freezing*
