As the Mama of the household,
I have taken it upon myself
to make sure that we eat healthy.
Today I wish to share with you two of our favorite
breakfast items!
OATMEAL
Yep
That's a great start!
I make it for myself and Sunny
with honey or maple syrup, spices,
and berries (fresh or dried).
She loves it!
Sunny has eaten it every day for the
past 2 years.
You can also throw in some flax meal
for extra fiber.
Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits
My favorite!
I've even found a non-dairy substitute for
yogurt (applesauce!) for when my kiddos decide
to be lactose intolerant while I'm nursing (silly babies).
Okay
So start off with your yogurt base
and then load it with berries (fresh and dried),
nuts and seeds, and grape nuts.
It's that simple!
