Going Green and Getting Organized

Here is my latest favorite object of organization!  I bought this white-board meal planner on Amazon for about $15 and I consider it a great investment.  It means that I no longer have to worry about purchasing a paper meal-planner every few months and I can tack up my notes without feeling like I'm wasting trees.
As you can see,  I split my list into an "A week B week"  method.  It really helps me keep oraganzed since I plan our meals a week in advance.
I love the erasable marker that helps if I need to rewrite a meal because of an unexpected event or write a reminder (those little crosses mean we have special prayers for that meal and the little fish remind me to make the meal for that day meatless for Lent).
My next "Green"  investment will be in a chore/schedule chart!
