After reading my cravings update
from last week I was
*self-inspired*
to make a change.
Since then, I am happy to announce
that I have come clean
and made myself accountable.
I bought lots of fruits and veggies
and refused to buy junk.
I also have actually been eating a lot of
the fruits and veggies
and have avoided the junk
(for the most part... hubby bought me MnMs).
I have also taken up my daily yoga routine
and started my Hypnobirthing.
Sunny has been a wonderful companion
for our "Goga" sessions,
and will even set up our blankets and
ask me to turn on the relaxation playlist!
Peter has also been helpful,
instead of using ice cream or chocolate
as a motivator for finishing laundry
(yes, I need motivation!),
he asked,
"Hun, how about I pick up a
"Hun, how about I pick up a
yummy granola bar?"
My husband rocks. : )
