Hello All!
I just returned from an errand with Sunny and I am amazed at how many people were brought to smiles and laughter just by seeing the chubby baby face! The power an infant has over a crowd is amazing. My husband and I love to take Sunny out just for that reason. We have a few elderly friends who are confined to care homes and it always brightens their day when we bring the baby for a visit! After a recent call, one friend stated that, "It was just what she needed!"
Visiting friends, relatives, and elderly are very important for Sunny too! It is great to make play-dates with other baby friends, but there are wonderful values to be learned from her elders. I have found that Sunny loves to be around adults and knows that a smile (and a wave!) will always brighten someone's day. I am sure that respect and love will form in the little one's mind and from it will sprout a beautiful personality!
